"I made an appointment with Vanessa to discuss the rate increase for my Homeowners Insurance. During our conversation I learned a lot about my policy and some things I didn’t know I had. After we discussed the ages of things Vanessa gave me the potential new rate compared to the original one and we decided to make just one change in coverage. I’m not convinced that the rate increase was justified before, but now that I had the chance to play with the replacement value and a few other variables I am more comfortable in paying the premium for the peace of mind and protection I will have. Vanessa made this possible. Thank you."
